Paul Meinschenk serves as the President of Totten Insurance Group, a prominent national MGA provider in Canada offering specialized products and inventive solutions. In his role, Paul provides guidance and oversight, managing the company's profitability and relationships with partner insurance carriers.

Having initially joined Totten Insurance Group as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice-President in June 2019, Paul lead Totten’s National Specialty Division and oversaw operations in the Ontario region, focusing on strengthening ties with brokers.

With an impressive 30-year tenure in the insurance sector, Paul, a graduate of Western University, has gained diverse experience working with major insurers and specialty firms.

His expertise lies in product development, marketing strategies, distribution and talent management, with a key focus at Totten being the continuous enhancement of their product range and services, including investments in technology to ensure a superior customer experience.
