Luba Scharpf joined Totten in 2023, where she currently oversees Cansure and Totten’s Specialty Practices, including Natural Resources, Forestry and Mining, Contractors, Protective Services, Roofing, Snow Removal, Professional Lines, Healthcare, and Life Sciences.

With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Luba has held leadership positions at several prominent insurance carriers. She brings a robust skill set encompassing strategy development and execution, commercial property and casualty underwriting, relationship management, and business development. Luba is a values-driven leader and a strategic problem solver, collaborating with brokers to ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service experiences. Most recently, Luba played a key role in the creation of the CMGA Insurance Institute program, which offers courses on the Fundamentals of MGA Delegated Authority and Applied MGA Practices. Her broad expertise, dedication to people development, and commitment to business growth distinguish her in the industry.
